QA/QC Policy

This Quality Assurance Policy documents the quality for the business operations of SINDWA ENGINEERING Company LTD.

SINDWA ENGINEERING is expected to structure, implement and maintain a quality management process that is consistent with the values, expectations and requirements documented in its manual, and to be able to demonstrate that the quality system is effective in meeting specified requirements, exceeding customer expectations, and achieving targeted levels of profitability.

The Quality Assurance Policy also exists to communicate to our clients that our quality management system is structured to comply with the requirements of ISO 9001: 2000 and is capable of conformance to virtually all customer and industry specific requirements.

The essence of our quality philosophy is that we expect every employee to know and understand the requirements of internal and external customers, to measure performance to customer requirements and world-class standards, and to be actively involved in the continuous improvement of processes.

Our management shall provide the leadership, training and resources required to enable our employees use their capabilities to consistently satisfy or exceed the expectations of our customers.
